This year, as well as our online Lights of Love tree we are offering you the chance to decorate and write your own dedication on a star which will be added to the hospice Lights of Love tree located in the Street Café.
Add your loved one’s name, a message or a poem, decorate the front and back of your star, and send it to us, to help decorate our Lights of Love tree.
