As we near the end of another year our thoughts inevitably turn to those we have loved who are no longer with us. They may have died a long time ago, or very recently, but we hold them in our hearts and we think about them often.
Lights of Love is for you to remember your loved one by dedicating a star here on our very special Lights of Love tree. We will also add your loved one’s name to the tree in our hospice garden in December, and we invite you to join us at one of our hospice Lights of Love events. More details can be found here.
