Join us for Rainbow Run!

Our 5K, multi coloured, afternoon of fun is back! And with 7 paint stations, 2 foam stations and 1 big paint party – this is the ultimate family fun run in East Sussex this summer!  

Taking place at Nash Street Farm, near Hailsham; Rainbow Run is perfect for families, friends, colleagues and anyone else who wants to experience the joy of running through the colours of the rainbow, whilst raising funds for hospice care.

If you’re not rainbow-coloured enough by the time you cross the finish line, we bring the event to a close with a spectacular Paint Party!

How it works

You’re just a few steps away from having the most fun-filled colourful afternoon on 7th June, whilst raising funds for vital hospice care. Here’s what you need to do!

1. Register

Register yourself, as well as family and friends – it’s quick and easy to do.  Just enter your details, pick your T-shirt size and pay at the checkout.

2. Raise funds

Your fundraising page is created during registration and is simple and easy to use. Whether you fundraise individually or in a team, we’ll be here to help you reach your goal.

3. Run, jog, walk or skip

However you get round the course, we’ll make sure you’re covered head to toe in your very own rainbow by the end! We’ll give you a medal at the finish line and then we'll all have a big Paint Party!

Colour zones

You’ll run, walk, skip or dance through nine colour zones on the course!

There'll be red, yellow, orange, pink, blue, green and purple powder paint stations, as well as the exciting addition of two foam stations; one at the start of the course and one just before the finish line!

We’ll have a team of volunteers, AKA: The Paint Squad, who will be throwing big plumes of powder at you as you go by. Warning: some of them may have water guns, too!

The paint is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. It is made from food grade cornstarch, but please do not eat it. Wearing sunglasses or goggles is recommended as you make your way through each colour zone, for your eye comfort. Our Paint Squad will be directed to throw paint from the shoulders down!

Warning: fun will be had!
