MUM ♥️♥️♥️
Friday 15th May My mum passed away a year ago and although it has been a really tough year and I miss her dearly, I will always remember and be grateful for all the care and support given to her by the hospice team.Mum was my best friend, she was always there when I needed her, towards the end our relationship changed and it was so hard to see her struggle. She was the strongest person in body and mind I have ever met and I never thought her body would let her down. Her smile was consistent no matter how she felt.... Thanks to the team for all your care.
