I'm dipping in cold water every day in March for St Wilfrid's Hospice
Throughout the whole of March, I'll be taking a cold plunge in the sea, an ice bath, a pool or a cold shower, every single day to raise vital funds for St Wilfrid's Hospice. I would be so grateful for any donation, big or small, that you can give to help me reach my target.
St Wilfrid's Hospice provides high-quality care and support for people across Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Healthfield, and all points between, with life-limiting illnesses. Support is offered at the hospice, in patients' own homes, and in care homes. Over 70% of the funds to provide these services come from voluntary donations. Please help me continue to support this cause.

Sunday 22nd Mar The water is not warming up but the weather has helped. Early morning dips are almost a pleasure.
10 ish days in.
Wednesday 11th Mar Even after just the first third of the month the seas have been all very different. Flat calm, scarily lumpy and everything in between. One thing stays the same, the channel in March is cold! Heading down to Cornwall tonight and hope to dip in Gwithian tomorrow and then Penzance on Friday. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
