I'm dipping in cold water every day in March for St Wilfrid's Hospice

Throughout the whole of March, I'll be taking a cold plunge in the sea, an ice bath, a pool or a cold shower, every single day to raise vital funds for St Wilfrid's Hospice. I would be so grateful for any donation, big or small, that you can give to help me reach my target.

St Wilfrid's Hospice provides high-quality care and support for people across Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Healthfield, and all points between, with life-limiting illnesses. Support is offered at the hospice, in patients' own homes, and in care homes. Over 70% of the funds to provide these services come from voluntary donations. Please help me continue to support this cause.

In with the guys that started it all. From The first dip early nov I vowed to go in every day. Ive had about 10 days where I haven’t been able to do this, 7 of these were because I was snowboarding where I took a 2 min very cold shower and stood in a towel barefoot in the snow on my balcony instead
