I'm taking on the flames for St Wilfrid's Hospice!
On Saturday the 28th of March, I'm walking barefoot along three metres of red hot embers, to raise money for local hospice care, and would really appreciate if you could sponsor me.
20 years ago this year my mum passed away after a short battle with Cancer, the hospice nurses were angels and we will be forever greatful to them for the care they showed her and the support they gave us. They have also supported other friends and family close to us; Jo's mum Margaret, Simon, Plum and Steve and more recently Grahams mum.
St Wilfrid's Hospice provides high-quality care and support for people across Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Healthfield, and all points between, with life-limiting illnesses. Support is offered at the hospice, in patients' own homes, and in care homes. Over 70% of the funds to provide these services come from voluntary donations. Please help me continue to support this cause.
