My first cold dip!

Tuesday 16th Dec

Today we took on our first cold dip, we decided to take the plunge and start off in the sea for day 1! I can confirm that it was excruciatingly cold and the water literally took my breath away! It's all for a great cause though and totally worth it. Hoping tomorrow's dip might feel a little bit easier!
